Love Food Nourish Life: Spring Cooking Course
A wholesome series to integrate healthy food and expand your repertoire of delicious dishes to delight your every day dining. Seven exciting, packed classes, each including a full three course meal. The course will:
- inspire your wisdom around wholefoods,
- teach fresh recipes which you will create and enjoy, and
- feature a delicious, fresh three course meal with over seven dishes at each class.

Harness the power of plant proteins to delight your appetite and expand your health. Learn how to use a diversity of beans, tofu and tempeh cooked in an array of delicious hearty styles. Marvel at the many ways with vegetables and experience delicious leafy green servings, root vegetable casseroles, pressed salad digestive aids and vegetable of the sea power side dishes to cleanse your body. - The course costs £280. (this works out at £40 per class).
- Four classes costs £180. (this is £45 per class)
- The cost to join one class is £48.

Includes
Full themed teaching, cooking and meal at each class. All ingredients are honestly healthy and they are vegan, organic, natural and sugar free. Recipes are provided.
Venue and Booking Details
- The course takes place at the Wholefood Harmony Kitchen, affiliated to Violet Hill Studios, and near Golders Green, North West London.
- To book and make payment online, please ‘Add to Cart’ using the button on the right of the screen, or please contact us if you would like to pay by alternative means.
- Please email anna@wholefoodharmony.com stating which class dates you wish to join.
- Joining confirmation including venue details will be emailed to you upon receipt of booking, and you will be asked to indicate if you have any food allergies or dietary requirements.

- Bookings may not be refunded, but can be transferred to another classs within the Love Food Nourish Life Course. This is subject to availability.
