    Our gourmet chef service allows you to enjoy delicious, healthy dishes at home, and created to your tastes.  We prepare wonderful meals comprising numerous dishes to nourish you or your family.  We also cook a wide variety of balanced dishes you may enjoy over the next few days.

    We offer unique personal programmes to support peoples’ health through cooking and cultivate their kitchen expertise.
  • Bespoke Wholefood Events and Seminars
    We run exciting bespoke workshops and events tailored to the tastes of your group.  We also deliver our powerful ‘Feed Your Health, Sustain The Earth’ seminar to different audiences

    Wholefood Harmony cooking combines delicious whole ingredients to form nourishing, flavourful meals which are wonderful to taste, health enhancing and easy to prepare.

They have not been afflicted by processing or tarnished by additives, preservatives and sugar.  Wholefoods are therefore of the highest quality and they provide all the minerals and nutrients the body requires for full health. We love using wholefoods as they restore balance and regulate health, acting by healing, cleansing and strengthening.

    Wholefood Harmony enjoys using an abundance of seasonal, fresh, local, organic fruit and vegetables and a wide spectrum of grains, beans and other whole ingredients and seasonings.
