  7. Calm Tuesday 6th March am/ Thursday 8th March pm
    Look at the interplay of mood and food and experience how to use delicious dishes for calm and positive health.

    Cucumber & Wakame Salad, Peaceful Pear Dessert & Serene Sugar Free Treats

  • The course costs £280. (this works out at £40 per class).
  • Four classes costs £180.  (this is £45 per class)
  • The cost to join one class is £48.
  • Current special offers: 1 class at £40, 2 or more classes at £35 each, complete course £245.   Recieve £5 off when you bring a friend.

Includes
Full themed teaching, cooking and meal at each class.  All ingredients are honestly healthy and they are vegan, organic, natural and sugar free.  Recipes are provided.

Venue and Booking Details

  • The course takes place at the Wholefood Harmony Kitchen, affiliated to Violet Hill Studios, and near Golders Green, North West London.
  • To book and make payment online, please ‘Add to Cart’ using the button on the right of the screen, or please contact us if you would like to pay by alternative means.
  • Please email anna@wholefoodharmony.com stating which class dates you wish to join.
  • Joining confirmation including venue details will be emailed to you upon receipt of booking, and you will be asked to indicate if you have any food allergies or dietary requirements.
  • Limited places available.
  • Bookings may not be refunded, but can be transferred to another classs within the Love Food Nourish Life Course.  This is subject to availability.
