The Summer Series brings two evenings, which discover an abundance of delicious, natural, seasonal cooking, and a full day's workshop; The Art of Whole Food, which explores the wisdom of wholefoods and health.

Summer Kitchen
Explore Wholefood Cooking, learn about ingredients for wellbeing and discover many wonderful new recipes. During each workshop we will cook and enjoy a delicious and nourishing,three course, organic vegan meal comprising of over eight different dishes.
Learn to create summer soups, fragrant grain servings and flavourful dishes, fresh seasonal vegetable medleys cooked in an abundance of styles and beautifully sweet desserts.

Seasonal Picnic
Discover tasty wholefood dishes you can prepare quickly and transport for a summer picnic or enjoy at home.  The workshop includes a full meal with over eight fresh recipes.

Each session will introduce you to a new exciting and balanced menu.
6.30pm to 9.30pm. £34 per workshop 2 weeks in advance, £36 thereafter.

The Art of Whole Food
Join ‘The Art of Whole Food’ for a unique and exciting day event to explore how natural food can transform your health.
Discover the essence of Macrobiotics and how you can apply this Eastern wisdom to enhance your life, cleanse and nourish your body, and vitalise your mind and energy.  Experience cooking using delicious, seasonal ingredients and enjoy a lovely full three course lunch.

Sessions take place at a beautiful new kitchen and workspace, affiliated to Violet Hill Studios, and near Golders Green, North West London.
All ingredients are natural and sugar free and recipes are provided. Al fresco dining, weather permitting.
The series of three workshops costs £115.

We run unique workshops tailored to your needs. If you and others would like to have fun cooking, expand health and enjoy a delicious three course wholefoods meal, then please let us know your group details.

We will develop a special menu ideal to the tastes of your group. We provide the workshop space and kitchen, fresh and seasonal organic ingredients, and even offer goody bags to take home.
