Summer Berry Coulis

I’ve been enjoying this tender, sugar-free berry sauce on its own and accompaning other treats.

Sweet and Sour Tofu and Seasonal Vegetable Stew

The natural ingredients of shoyu, apple concentrate, rice vinegar and ginger juice combine to form a beautifully pure sweet and sour flavour.

Ingredients:

1 block Tofu
2 carrots
2 strips celery
Handful mushrooms
Cabbage
2 onions
2 cloves garlic
3 tsps apple concentrate
3 tsps shoyu
2 tsps rice vinegar

Winter Parsnip Soup

A yummy, sweet and creamy soup.  A treat in winter.  This recipe makes a divine nectar, ideal for the festive season.

Serves 6-8

1 onion diced

1 leek diced

6-8 parsnips diced

3 cups rice milk

Tofu Kebabs
